Worked for 35 years in Steel Industry and Retired as Director(Finance) Vizag Steel Plant Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd.(RINL), a Navaratna Govt of India Undertaking. I have exposure in most of the areas- Treasury Management, Budget and Cost Control, Compilation of Quarterly, Annual Final Accounts, ERP, Secretarial Matters, etc., Been on the Board of subsidiary and Joint Ventures of RINL besides being a Board member of RINL.

After retirement I served on the Board of RDF Pvt Ltd a subsidiary of IL & FS as Independent Director for about 2 years. Presently I am on the Board of Kakinada Smart City Corporation,a AP Govt Undertaking as Independent Director. I am also a Group Risk & Compliance adviser to a large group at Hyderabad. I have joined as Partner on 1st July 2018 in M/S Nag & Associated Chartered Accountants Firm.
